Privacy and professional enquiries
Last updated: 3 November 2026. This is a pre-launch privacy notice. Additional legal and retention details will be completed before public promotion.
Who is responsible?
Jean-Pascal Graziani, independent professional guide, based in Marseille, France. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests: jeanpascalgraziani@gmail.com.
Information you submit
We collect the company or agency name, professional email, requested city, date and time, service type, guiding language, group size and any optional information you provide. Do not enter guest names, health information, passport details or other sensitive personal information in the brief.
Why it is used
Information is used to assess and respond to professional guiding requests, coordinate alternatives if requested, and protect the service against automated abuse. The relevant legal bases may include pre-contractual steps at your request and legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and securing the service.
Who processes the information?
The application uses Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for application data and administrator authentication, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification, and Resend to notify the guide about enquiries. These service providers process information only as needed to provide their functions, subject to their own terms and applicable data-protection safeguards.
Private Google Calendar connection
The guide authorises access only to calendar free/busy periods. The website does not give prospective agencies access to event titles, descriptions, guests, locations or calendar credentials. Only a conservative availability status is returned. No request is automatically confirmed.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept for the period needed to manage requests and applicable business obligations. Automated retention/deletion rules have not yet been deployed; this must be completed before full public launch. You can request access, correction or erasure, object to applicable processing, or raise a concern with the CNIL or your local data-protection authority.
International processing and cookies
Some technology suppliers may process technical data outside the European Economic Area under applicable contractual safeguards. The exact provider arrangements must be reviewed before public launch. The website uses essential security functions, including bot checks; the private administration also uses secure authentication and Google connection cookies. No advertising tracker is intentionally included.
Launch limitation: This notice does not replace the completed statutory legal notice, verified business identifiers, final retention policy or provider contract review.
