A guide cancels. A ship arrives late. A group needs an extra excursion. If your plans change at short notice, send me the details.

Send the essential facts directly. I will assess what is possible against existing commitments, destination knowledge, travel time and the requirements of the group.

The situations worth discussing

Emergency Call is designed for professional organisers dealing with unexpected guiding or group-operation needs. It is particularly useful when the assignment is unusual and a generic supplier search does not capture the constraints.

  • A late cancellation or absent guide
  • A modified shore excursion or coach itinerary
  • A new request requiring a different language
  • A tight connection between cities or ports
  • A complex cultural or operational brief

What to send

Include the city, exact date, start and finish times, group size, language, service requirements and what has already been promised to the client. Mention transport and meeting-point constraints, particularly if the group is travelling by coach, ship or train.

A complete brief makes the feasibility assessment more useful. If I cannot accept personally, I may be able to try to introduce another qualified guide. Such an introduction is a separate optional service; its €50 fee applies only when you actually book the guide introduced.

What Emergency Call does not promise

There is no automatic 24/7 response, instant confirmation or guarantee of availability. The price depends on urgency, distance and the actual work involved, and is agreed before an assignment is accepted.

The ordinary online form requires four days’ notice. For a shorter deadline, email directly instead.
